Castle Rock Residence

Our clients asked that we reimagine their home that was originally constructed in the early 2000s. The Structure and Fenestration would remain, but the family wanted a more contemporary look an feel. The harsh environment required extensive product research to find materials that could withstand intense sun and wind exposure, along with snowy Winters.

The Hardscape surrounding the home was also included as a part of the transformation.

Contemporary but Warm and Layered

Multiple materials were used to breakup the expansive facades: Rich and clean European style Wood composite siding sits on a warm white Stone Base

The Front Entry Sequence was also reimagined: Concrete pads shift and step through the long entry sequence. These forms mimic the natural Shale Rock found along the path, and rectify the grounds undulations. Grand enough for entertaining, but also inviting enough for the Children to use for play.
